Brandon Johnson is a Williston High School graduate from the Class of 1997.  He was a Coyote basketball player and went on to play basketball at Williston State College (then UND-W), where he graduated in 1999.  Upon graduation, he enrolled at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, earning a degree in Electrical Technology.  Brandon moved back to Williston in 2002 and went to work as an apprentice electrician for Triangle Electric, Inc.  He obtained his Master Electrician License from the North Dakota State Electrical Board in 2014, and became a journeyman and foreman electrician.  He is currently the General Manager of Triangle Electric, Inc.

Brandon currently serves on the NECA (National Electrical Contractor Association) Negotiating Committee, the NECA Labor Management Committee, the NJATC (National Joint Apprentice Committee) Interview Committee, and the NJATC Advisory Board. He is also participating in Leadership Williston through Williston Area Chamber of Commerce, a member of St. Joe’s Catholic Church, a member of Knights of Columbus, and volunteer coach for all children’s activities and especially basketball.

Brandon has been married to his wife, Melissa, for 12 years, and they have 3 children: Grace (9), Molly (6), and Sadie (2).
