The Sarah & Alex Johnson Scholarship For Military Families

The “Sarah & Alex Johnson Scholarship For Military Families” was created out of desire for the founders to give back to their community, specifically students of WHS. Sarah and Alex Johnson are both alumni of WHS; Sarah graduated in 2005, and Alex graduated in 2011.

Sarah and Alex both appreciate the education they received at WHS and have made the most out of the opportunities that the community has afforded them. Sarah is the co-founder and owner of Kay Michael Lee Dance studio and Alex is the owner and president of Enywhey Services, LLC.

Sarah and Alex also have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices that our armed forces and their families make in order to protect all of our freedoms. This scholarship is intended to ease the financial burden on these individuals and their families.

Qualified scholarship applicants must be the son or daughter of either an active duty member of our armed services or a veteran. The applicants are asked to submit an essay explaining what their parent’s military service means to them. The winner of the scholarship will be chosen by the donors.

Scholarship Amount: $5,000
